Home Hill is the Burdekin Race Club's course, on the highway in the sugar country south of Townsville. It runs only a few days a year, the best known of them Burdekin Growers Day — a meeting named for the industry that surrounds it, which tells you most of what the racing here is for.

We hold 35 races from the course, where fields have averaged 7.5 runners and 1000 metres is the most frequently programmed trip. T.C.Button has 4 wins from 11 runners at the track.
