Terms of Service
The agreement for using VectorOdds. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. What VectorOdds is
VectorOdds provides analytics, predictions and tools for Australian thoroughbred racing. It is an information service — we do not accept bets, hold funds, or act as a wagering operator, and we are not a licensed financial or betting advisor.
2. Not advice, no guarantees
Everything on VectorOdds — predictions, ratings, fair odds and value signals — is an analytical estimate provided for general information only. It is not financial, investment or betting advice, and nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome or return. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Betting involves risk; only ever stake what you can afford to lose.
3. Eligibility (18+)
You must be 18 years or older and permitted to use a service like this where you live. We may ask you to confirm your age and may suspend accounts we believe don't meet this requirement. See our Responsible Gambling page for support.
4. Your account
Keep your login details secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service.
5. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid plan. Plan inclusions and prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes. Access to paid features continues for the period you've paid for.
6. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell or redistribute our data or predictions, attempt to break or overload the service, or use it unlawfully. The content and software are ours (or our licensors') and are provided for your personal use only.
Specifically, you may not use automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts) to access, copy or harvest the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, or reproduce, republish or make our predictions, ratings or data available to any third party. Access is licensed to you alone for personal, non-commercial use — sharing your login or the content with others is prohibited. Our predictions and exports carry per-account markers; a copy found in the wild can be traced to the account it came from, and we may suspend or terminate any account, and pursue all available remedies, for breach of this clause.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any losses arising from your use of it or from betting decisions you make. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the change. The current version's date is below.
