Berrigan, near the Murray in southern NSW, has raced since the eighteen-nineties under clubs that eventually merged into the one running it today. Racing there originally ran in the opposite direction to how it runs today, before an early committee reversed it — a reversal worth knowing if an old form line from before the change ever surfaces.
