Delete your account

You can delete your VectorOdds account yourself, in the app or on the website. This page explains how, and what happens.

How to delete your account

Sign in to VectorOdds, on the website or in the app.
Open Account and choose Delete my account.
Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first (Account → Subscription). We never cancel it for you, and your account cannot be deleted while it is active.

When it is done you are signed out on every device, and we email a confirmation to the address on the account.

What is erased

Your personal information has been erased: your email address, name, date of birth, password, sign-in links, saved horses, bets, preferences, devices and activity. This cannot be undone.

What we keep

We keep only what we are required to: the record that you confirmed you are 18 or over and accepted our Terms and responsible-gambling notice (with the time, and no device details), and our payment records.

Payment records

Our payment processor, Stripe, holds its own payment records separately; those are not ours to delete.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@vectorodds.com.au from the address on your account and tell us you would like it deleted. We will help you from there.
